    Who might disagree with the term "change is the only constant"?. How would you describe those that argue against the term?.

    If one maintains that change is the only constant, then it follows that there is at least one other constant, which is the statement 'change is the only constant'. That statement is not the same as the ideas it expresses, and so would be a separate constant. Consequently, I think everyone should disagree with the idea that change is the only constant.
