    What recommendation do you have for people, who are trying to make life easier on themselves?.

    Begin to have compassion for yourself, learn to meditate to calm the mind and practice it daily, eat high quality natural food (not processed), take exercise and get good sleep. All these practices help the optimal functioning of the nervous system and have been proven by research to raise mood and enhance wellbeing.
