    Is is showing weakness when an executive admits they do not know?.

    I believe it’s a sign of strength, when executives admit that they don’t know.

    It takes a load of strength and self confidence for people to admit that they don’t know. They are that confident that admitting their lack of knowledge won’t impact their own image and the way others perceive them.
    Executives are human beings after all, with limited capabilities regardless of their seniority and high level of knowledge in their field of expertise.
    When they admit that they don’t know, they are actually walking a step ahead towards finding out. So they are continuously learning and that’s the key for more knowledge and more success in life.
