Fathers are slowly and finally realizing that their role in the family is not just to be the ATM machine that wife and children go to only whenever they need money. They have an important nurturing role to play, by being there for their kids emotionally during the various developmental stages of their childhood. Luckily, many multinational corporations are realizing that this work-life balance is important and should be promoted in the workplace because not only it helps male employees feel happier and more satisfied, but because their productivity also increases when they feel happy in the work environment.
